Answer The Big Question! What Causes Time To Disappear?

One of the ways I found my passion and a place of serenity was by recognizing my talents; when I act on them, time seems to disappear. I would sit at the piano at noon, look up, and realize that 4 hours had passed. The way time flies when I'm practicing is remarkable and scary at the same time. How does time work again? Early on, I realized that I had found a talent that needed to be cultivated, and it was something I could spend the rest of my life pursuing, eventually reaping the rewards. Don't beat yourself up if this angel singing over your head moment doesn't happen immediately. Different people blossom at various moments in their lives. We are not here on planet Earth, or any other planet, to compare ourselves with other people's "eureka" moment. Some people have an obsession with leaving Earth.

To that, I say, Take your coat off; We're not going anywhere! Anyway, I said all that to say, it's your journey. Enjoy the ride. So, your first clue is: what do you do that you enjoy, which, if 6 hours went by, you wouldn't mind or notice, and you feel alive afterward? Time disappearing is a clear sign that you have struck gold, and it's time to investigate further. This investigation will help you decide whether this area requires investment or if it's just something you like to do and you won't be able to monetize it. I love helping cats out of trees, but don't see myself rolling in the dough from this endeavor.

However, I would enjoy the warm and fuzzies from saving a few cute kitties. Time can disappear, but make sure you can see a financial future as it pertains to your chosen talent or talents and acquired skills. You'll be amazed at what people like to do and what makes them happy, at the same time that makes them millions of dollars—more on the monetary side in a later post. As I mentioned before, there are so many opportunities and needs to be fulfilled in the music industry that it would make your head spin. For instance, mixing and mastering engineers contribute by creating mind-blowing mixes for fans to enjoy while listening to their favorite artists. They often work in recording studios or as freelancers, charging a fee for their services. Then, there are recording engineers responsible for creating outstanding recordings from the source so that the mix engineer can easily produce a polished product for the artist and, most importantly, the fans. They, too, can work in studios or as freelancers, earning a fee for each project. Songwriters give the artist something to sing, with lyrics and melodies, and the music producer creates the arrangement, bringing the music to life. These roles can be monetized through royalties, advances, and performance fees. These are just a few essential jobs that contribute significantly to what we hear on the radio and what we download on our smartphones. I'm going to assume that these individuals didn't just fall into these occupations but chose them because they felt a gravitational pull and wanted to pursue them. This pull is the experience that I want you to have, and I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is what you want to do for the rest of your life, or at least the majority of it. People who have found their passion, there is a need for it in the market, and they can monetize it - they have hit the life jackpot. This passion is what I want for you as you journey to discover the great gifts God has given you and learn how to use those gifts to create a better music industry. That's what it's all about—discovering your greatness and finding a way to make it work for you and those you will serve. I firmly believe this will make the world a better place, lifting the spirits, vibrations, and minds of people everywhere. These discoveries are part of my life journey, driving me to start this blog. So, let's recap! Start or continue your journey to discover what stops time for you. What is the thing that will cause you to jump out of bed, if not every day, but most days, to create and serve your chosen community? In this case, we are talking about the music industry.
